Cancellation Policy
**Appointment Policy**
I understand that life happens! To keep my schedule running smoothly and to respect the time of all my clients, I have the following appointment policies:
**Late Arrivals**
* If you are more than **15 minutes late**, your appointment will need to be **rescheduled**.
**Cancellations**
* Please provide at least **24 hours' notice** if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Cancellations made **less than 24 hours before your appointment** will be charged **50% of the scheduled service**.
**No-Shows**
* Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged **100% of the scheduled service**.
